  • As we prepare for bargaining, we want to get an idea of what’s most important to our unit when negotiating a contract with the UA administration. This contract will define the important rights and protections that affect our working conditions, so it’s helpful for us to think ahead. Bargaining is a participatory, democratic process. Everyone’s voice is important! Please fill this out, and share it with your coworkers. This is an initial survey; there will be numerous opportunities to continue to participate as we progress through the bargaining process.
