GETUP Strike Shift Sign-Up
  • GETUP-UAW Picket Shift Sign-Up

If the Penn administration does not reach a fair agreement to improve grad workers' pay and benefits and uphold our rights by February 17, then grad workers will withhold our teaching and research labor. In the event of a strike, grad workers will hold picket lines across campus to demonstrate the power of our ongoing strike to the Penn and the broader Philadelphia community. In order to be eligible for Strike Assistance, which includes $500 a week, striking grad workers must complete at least four 4-hour long shifts per week. Sign up for picket shifts below to join in solidarity with your coworkers, whether you’re working this semester or not! Bundle up and get ready to celebrate our collective power—your coworkers will have tea and hot chocolate waiting for you!
