  • Bargaining Survey- Make Sure Your Voice is Heard

  • After our union election, we will go into contract negotiations with management. Collective bargaining is a democratic process where we as workers get to sit down with management to discuss our working conditions. We will elect a bargaining team of our peers to help negotiate the contract. They will set the bargaining priorities based on the democratic results of this survey.

In order to ensure a speedy negotiation process after the election (BOSK has delayed us enough!), please complete the barganing survey below. No one from management will see this, only our democratically elected bargaining team, once we have one!

A final contract is democratically voted on by members in the plant, which ensures we will never have a contract that does not reflect our needs and priorities.

  • For each of the potential bargaining priorities below, please rate on a scale from 1 - 5, 1 meaning “low importance” and 5 meaning “high importance.”

Feel free to provide more details or clarifying points on each issue, if you’d like.
