We know that there are many things that make our jobs at Lucid an asset to our community and many things that Lucid could do better. Our hard work has made Lucid a leader in the EV industry. But without a real say over our working conditions, too many of us face unfair treatment, inconsistent schedules and arbitrary layoffs. That’s why we’re joining auto workers across America who are forming unions to improve our jobs and our lives.
